Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule are made at least 24 hours before your appointment. As consultation times are reserved especially for you, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always aim to respond with kindness and fairness where possible.
